Quality Engineer

What You'll Do

✅ Maintain and improve Quality & Environmental Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)

✅ Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Manage customer complaints, quality claims, and root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, and other quality tools

✅ Drive production quality improvement through SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process capability analysis

✅ Support customer compliance requirements such as RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and other regulatory standards

✅ Represent Quality in New Product Development (APQP), PPAP submission, product validation, and customer approvals

✅ Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality excellence

What We're Looking For

🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or equivalent

✅ 3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing, tooling, precision machining, or related industries

✅ Strong knowledge of:

APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA & Control Plans

ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

Root Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)

✅ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

✅ Experience with quality inspection equipment such as CMM, profile projector, height gauge, and hardness tester

✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
