What they need
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 812 years of relevant experience in construction quality assurance and quality control, preferably in large-scale building projects.
- Mandatory experience in a project valued at 300 Crore or above.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR management, and inspection documentation.
- Good knowledge of relevant IS codes, concrete technology, structural works, waterproofing, and finishing standards.
- Experience in concrete testing, material inspection, quality audits, and coordination with third-party testing agencies.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
