Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Follow up on various quality issues arising during the production phase, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve them, and eliminate potential quality risks;
• Participate in the work and activities related to PPAP, FMEA, CPK, SOP and standardization;
• Formulate periodic quality improvement plans and implement continuous improvement measures;
• Responsible for the formulation and optimization of quality inspection standards, as well as the analysis and improvement of customer returns and non-conforming products;
• Other tasks assigned by higher authorities.
• Familiar with quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, etc. ;
• Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems;
• Be familiar with relevant statistical analysis methods and tools for quality management;
• Good learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and problem diagnosis capability;
• Has a good sense of teamwork;
• Willing to accept overseas business trips.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in science and engineering majors
• ISO System and Quality Tools
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality-related functions
• SQE experience is preferred
