Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Stage-Wise Inspection: Conduct stage-wise inspections across incoming raw materials, fabrication processes, welding quality, painting, and final finished products in accordance with approved drawings, Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and applicable standards.
• Document Review & Compliance: Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Welding Procedure Specifications / Procedure Qualification Records (WPS/PQR), inspection reports, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) reports, and mechanical testing documentation to verify compliance with project specifications.
• External Coordination: Coordinate directly with clients, Third-Party Inspection (TPI) agencies, consultants, and testing laboratories for inspections, physical testing, quality documentation, and formal approvals.
• Quality & ISO Standards: Identify, track, and resolve quality non-conformances, implement effective corrective actions, and strictly enforce compliance with ISO and project-specific quality requirements.

Candidate RequirementsEducational Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication Technology
• OR B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering

Work Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) or Heavy Structure Manufacturing.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Engineering Drawing Reading.
• Proficiency in Welding Inspection and working knowledge of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) techniques.
• Solid background in Raw Material Inspection and Mechanical Testing procedures.
• Knowledge of ISO quality management systems and QAP compliance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
