We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality standards across our turbocharger manufacturing processes. Your expertise in analysis skills, manufacturing practices, and project management will drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to monitor manufacturing processes and ensure product compliance with specifications.
• Conduct thorough analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Lead internal audits and support external audits to maintain compliance with industry standards and certifications.
• Manage quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports with precision.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Kwalificaties

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the turbocharger, aviation or automotive industry.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and industry standards such as ISO9001, AS9100 or IATF16949.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Relevant certifications in quality management or engineering are a plus.
