Quality Engineer

JD for the Fabrication QA Engineer / Inspector:

• Conducting visual inspections, dimensional checks, and DPT of welds to identify defects.
• Preparing detailed reports on inspection findings, including any necessary repairs or corrective actions.
• Ensuring all welding activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Working with welders, process engineers & production teams to ensure smooth work execution.
• BOM verification.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Must have 3-4 yrs of relevant experience
• Basic to intermediate understanding of welding processes, materials, and relevant codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, ISO).
• Proficiency in visual inspection, dimensional measurement.
• Ability to effectively communicate inspection findings and technical information to various stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
