Quality Engineer

About the Role

Proxgy is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Documentation & Systems Executive to support quality documentation, process compliance, and audit readiness across its products. The role will focus on maintaining quality records, updating controlled documents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of quality management processes in line with ISO 9001 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update quality documents, SOPs, work instructions, and standard formats.
• Maintain quality records and ensure proper document control, version tracking, and traceability.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Control Plans, PFMEA, and inspection checklists.
• Maintain records for incoming, in-process, and final inspections, as well as reliability testing.
• Coordinate with Production, New Product Development (NPD), and other departments to ensure documentation accuracy and process compliance.
• Support internal and external audits, certification assessments, and audit documentation.
• Track non-conformances (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and process deviations through closure.
• Assist in preparing quality reports, monitoring documentation gaps, and driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in quality documentation, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control practices.
• Familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and quality reporting.
• Basic understanding of QAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, NCR, and CAPA processes.
• Experience supporting quality audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other documentation tools.

Good to Have

Experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware product development, supplier quality documentation, or ISO certification audits.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
