Quality Engineer

1. Responsible for quality management of raw materials for battery cells and energy storage systems (expertise required in at least one area), including new supplier audits, monthly performance evaluations, and annual audits.
2. Responsible for on-site support at battery cell manufacturers used for energy storage systems, overseeing production process quality control and continuous improvement.
3. Plan and drive supplier quality improvement initiatives.
4. Manage supplier change control, including approval, validation, and qualification of changes for purchased components.
5. Review and approve PPAP documentation submitted during the NPI phase for key battery cell raw materials.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by company leadership in a timely manner.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
2. At least two years of experience in the lithium battery industry, with familiarity in lithium battery manufacturing processes and raw material testing and analysis methods.
3. Strong quality awareness, good organizational and coordination skills, and strong logical thinking ability.
4. Willing to accept long-term business travel to supplier sites as required by work, such as on-site assignments at battery cell manufacturers.
