Role & responsibilities :

Daily Processing Activity & Dispatch as per plan.

Calculate and moniter operator OEE & take actions to improve OEE. Responsible for the JH activites in post forging.

5s activity in Press shop zone.

To Take corrective action on customer complent & verified effectiveness.

To reduce trand of interinal Rejection & Rework.

To avoid mix of of NG Parts in OK Parts.

Responsible for document updation as on basis & maintaining the record & provide required ISO data to QMS Coordinator whenever required/on time basis to maintain the management system of ISO/IATF (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 16949:2016 & ISO 13486:2016) & EHS Management system(ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
