The role combines strategic quality work with hands-on involvement in testing and quality assurance activities. You will contribute with your expertise in test methodology, quality processes, defect prevention and continuous improvement while supporting teams in establishing effective ways of working.

🔹Drive preventive quality initiatives to reduce recurring issues.

🔹Monitor, analyze and communicate quality metrics and trends.

🔹Identify quality risks and improvement opportunities.

🔹Support development teams in applying shift-left testing principles.

🔹Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and quality processes.

🔹Develop and improve quality gates and quality assurance practices.

🔹Support and guide teams in test methodology, quality assurance and modern testing approaches.

🔹Contribute to the development of test automation solutions where appropriate.

🔹Quality assurance in software development environments.

🔹CI/CD processes and shift-left testing.

🔹Interpreting and following up on quality metrics.

🔹Basic programming skills.

🔹Professional language skills in English & Swedish both written and spoken

As a person, you are analytical, strategic and quality-focused. You have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
