What they need
Role & responsibilities
- To prepare PDI reports
- To prepare Inspection reports like 2 hourly inspection, incoming inspection etc. as guided.
- To perform Layout Inspection
- Hold and Reject Parts handling
- To prepare FPA/LPA reports on daily basis
- Perform Random inspections on shop floor
- Maintaining the production quality of the products as per standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile or B.tech in Mechanical
- Experience:- 2-5 years (Preferably in Injection moulding industry)
- Knowledge a-bout measuring instruments & gauges such as DVC, VMM, Lux meter etc.
- Knowledge about Injection Moulding defects.
