QUALITY ENGINEER (CQE)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Manage domestic and international customer quality issues, including customer complaints, problem analysis, corrective actions, improvement follow-up and case closure.
• Act as the main customer quality contact, handling customer quality meetings, quality issue responses and cross-functional communication and coordination.
• Manage Return Material Authorisation (RMA) cases, including return assessment, spare parts requests and rework arrangements.
• Coordinate customer-site sorting, rework and third-party rework activities to ensure effective implementation of quality improvement measures.
• Review, monitor and follow up on quality improvement reports, including Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and 8D reports, and provide responses to customers.
• Establish and improve customer-site rework and RMA management processes.
• Participate in quality system improvements and work standardisation initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical/science discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components, server chassis, assembly and related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to compile and analyse quality data, identify trends and prepare presentations.
• Familiarity with quality problem-solving and improvement tools, including 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Strong cross-functional and cross-site coordination skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across Quality Engineering (QE), Process Engineering (PE), Manufacturing, Sales, Field Application Engineering (FAE) and suppliers.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, RMA management and rework coordination.
• Good English communication skills, including email writing, reading quality reports and participating in English meetings. The source specifies a TOEIC score of 500 or above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
