Quality Engineer (ESB Area)

Location: Chonburi and Rayong

Salary: THB 50,000–70,000/month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Experience in the power tool, mechanical, or related manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in new product development (NPD) activities from development through product release.
• Prepare and maintain product quality and technical documentation.
• Conduct and support process audits throughout the NPD process.
• Participate in or lead product qualification and validation testing.
• Take ownership of product release and quality approval processes.
• Manage inspections and ensure product quality requirements are met.
• Conduct and monitor ongoing product reliability and performance tests.
• Support customer requirements and engineering/design change processes.
• Investigate and support the resolution of customer quality complaints.
• Work closely with suppliers to drive product quality, process improvement, and quality system development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure quality standards and project timelines are achieved.
