Hiring: Quality Engineer – Functional (Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer – P&C Claims)

Experience & Budget:

• Band 6B: 3+ years – Up to ₹7 LPA
• Band 7A: 5+ years – Up to ₹10 LPA
• Band 7B: 7+ years – Up to ₹12.5 LPA

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance applications.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance business processes: Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims Management, Billing, Endorsements, Renewals.
• Hands-on experience in Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, UAT Support.
• Strong experience in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have

• Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter.
• Guidewire implementation, transformation, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Guidewire certification is a plus.
