Job description:

• Quality System & Compliance: Oversee and support quality standard systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and company regulations.
• Problem Solving & Analysis: Conduct Root Cause Analysis using quality tools such as 8D and CAR to prevent recurrence.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (Production) and external parties (Suppliers/Customers) to achieve sustainable quality solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect data, analyze quality trends, and prepare monthly summary reports for management presentation.

Key Functional Areas:

• IQC/OQC Focus: Verify shipment data from suppliers, prepare non-conformance reports for parts, and issue corrective action tracking documents to vendors.
• Customer QA Focus: Act as the primary liaison for customers, respond to complaints, and manage customer audits to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• In-process QC Focus: Manage frontline manpower, inspect measuring instruments, train operational staff, and control daily in-process product quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical), Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome, or candidates with 2–3 years of experience in QA/QC or SQE.
• Language Skills: Good command of English (speaking and writing) with clear presentation skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, robust problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
