Role Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across both production/manufacturing processes and software engineering activities. The role will focus on quality assurance, process compliance, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and competency development to ensure high-quality product and software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive quality initiatives across production and software development projects.
2. Monitor and improve quality KPIs, customer satisfaction, and process performance.
3. Conduct audits, assessments, and process compliance reviews.
4. Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
5. Support ASPICE, quality standards, and organizational process improvements.
6. Analyze defects, customer complaints, field issues, and improvement opportunities.
7. Drive competency development, quality awareness, and best-practice adoption.
8. Contribute to business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
