Job Descriptions:
- Drive Quality Projects: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
- Empower Teams: Equip and coach divisions with essential quality tools, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques (RCA & CAPA).
- QMS Management: Support and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, and facilitate internal/external audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Quality In-process (QC/QA).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of AI or Minitab is a strong plus.
- Core Tools: Knowledge of Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is highly advantageous.
- Language: Good English skills (written/verbal for technical reporting). Japanese proficiency is a major plus!
- Soft Skills & Others: Proactive, fast learner, and flexible leadership style. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
