• Strong knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
• Measurement System Analysis (MSA) & SPC
• PFMEA and Control Plans

Key Responsibilities

Product & Process Quality Assurance

• Ensure conformance of metallic and composite skin parts to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Prepare inspection plans and review/approve First Article Inspection (FAI) reports as per AS9102 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer specifications.

Inspection & Verification

• Conduct and supervise:

• In-Process Inspection

• Final Inspection

• Customer Buy-Off Activities.

• Hands-on knowledge of:

• Faro Arm

• Bar Scanner

• Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

• Knowledge of Checking Fixtures.
