Quality Engineer, SEN

The Impact You'll Make

• Serve as a versatile contributor and driver across customer and production quality areas.
• Work closely with the SEN Quality team, locally and globally, and report to the manager of SEN Quality & EHS at Wuqing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle customer complaints
• Support product qualifications (APQP/PPAP)
• Coordinate customer visits and audits
• Resolve production related non-conformities, focusing on early risk detection and sustainable mitigation
• Contribute to product or process change cases
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Support the qualification and ramp-up of new manufacturing equipment, incl. acceptance tests and pilot production

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Profound knowledge and experience in Quality topics, incl. ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Technical background and several years of experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally with electric, electronic, or mechatronic products
• Deep understanding and experience with Quality core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, MSA, and 8D problem solving
• Ability to communicate factually and appropriately with all internal and external management levels
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to act in conflicting situations with a good understanding of business acumen
• Self-driven and collaborative working style in a cross-functional, global team across time zones
• Strong facilitation, coaching, change management skills, combined with persistence and a structured way of working
• Lead Auditor certification according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and preferably SAP knowledge
