Quality Engineer (SQE/CQE/PQE )

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Top Link Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Sriracha, Chonburi. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a full-time position with exciting opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Job Description in Brief

1. To ensure the quality of component and supplier are met the requirements of regulation, customer and company.
2. Review and drive for supplier's Failure Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions for completeness & closure with effectiveness
3. Conduct or/and support activity of supplier evaluation, supplier audit and supplier improvement.
4. Be a part of supplier development team to support Sourcing team for new supplier selection, audit and supplier's PPAP or supplier's qualification package review.
5. Supplier Change Control.
6. Collaborate between internal organization and suppliers to solve the quality issue of material.
7. Work with MRB team for the Non-Conforming issue of Raw Material and control Non-Conforming to meet on the company's target.
8. Strong Leader in Quality concerns and solving/close follow up quality issue relate to customer and supplier.
9. Work closely with all supplier to deliver good part
10. Skill on drawing, engineering and specification to provide support to customer and supplier training as required.
11. Plan and perform incoming inspection and issue the inspection result report. Issue SCAR to supplier and follow up.
12. Other job functions within the QA scope of work to be assigned by the superior

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-3 years in Supplier/Customer/Process Quality working experience.
2. Experience in Plastic assembly or PCBA Assembly will be advantage.
3. Good leadership & communication skills.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Speak Chinese will be advantage.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Computer skill (Microsoft office program)
8. Knowledge of supplier (material) process flow and supplier management.
