You will ensure product reliability, functionality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction while optimizing factory quality processes. 我们正在寻找一位积极主动的质量工程师，负责纺织品、家居杂货及雨伞产品从端到端的质量管理。您将确保产品的可靠性、功能性、法规合规性及客户满意度，同时优化工厂的质量流程。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 End-to-End Quality Management: Oversee quality control from raw materials (fabrics, frames, hardware) to mass production and final shipment. 端到端质量管理： 负责从原材料（面料、骨架、五金件）到量产及最终出货的全流程质量控制。 Sample & Tech Specs Approval: Review and approve pre-production samples (PPS), Tech Packs, and ensure compliance with safety/chemical standards (REACH, OEKO-TEX). 样品及技术规格审批： 审核并批准产前样品（PPS）和技术包，确保符合安全及化学标准（REACH、OEKO-TEX）。 Testing & Performance Validation: Coordinate and review physical/functional testing: 测试与性能验证： 协调并审核物理/功能测试： Textiles & Sundries: Colorfastness, seam strength, shrinkage, and durability. 纺织品及杂货： 色牢度、缝线强度、缩水率及耐用性。 Umbrellas: Wind resistance, water repellency, frame fatigue/durability, and UV protection. 雨伞： 抗风性、拒水性、伞架疲劳/耐用性及紫外线防护。 Issue Diagnosis & Customer Feedback: Analyze Amazon/retail customer complaints, find root causes (5 Whys, 8D), and implement corrective actions with factories. 问题诊断与客户反馈： 分析亚马逊/零售客户投诉，运用根本原因分析法（5 Why、8D）找出问题根源，并与工厂落实纠正措施。 Supplier Audit & Supervision: Conduct factory quality audits, manage inline/final inspections based on AQL standards, and train suppliers on quality requirements. 供应商审核与监管： 执行工厂质量审核，依据AQL标准管理在线及最终验货，并对供应商进行质量要求培训。 Lab Coordination: Partner with 3rd-party labs (SGS, BV, Intertek) for compliance and performance certification. 实验室协调： 与第三方实验室（SGS、BV、Intertek）合作，完成合规及性能认证。 Requirements 任职要求 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Quality Management, or related fields. 学历： 纺织工程、材料科学、质量管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on QE/QC experience in textiles, outdoor gear, rainwear, or hardline sundries. 经验： 3–5年以上纺织品、户外装备、雨衣或硬质杂货领域的质量工程/质量控制实战经验。 Technical Skills: 技术技能： Proficient in AQL (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4) inspection standards and QC tools (IQC, IPQC, FQC, FAI). 精通AQL（ANSI/ASQ Z1.4）检验标准及QC工具（IQC、IPQC、FQC、FAI）。 Familiar with textile/hardline testing standards (AATCC, ISO, ASTM). 熟悉纺织品/硬质产品测试标准（AATCC、ISO、ASTM）。 Knowledge of e-commerce (Amazon) post-sale issue handling. 了解电商（亚马逊）售后问题处理。 Language: Good written and spoken English. 语言能力： 良好的英语书面及口头沟通能力。 Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving ability, honest, and highly accountable. 综合素质： 注重细节，具备出色的问题解决能力，诚实正直，责任心强。
