Quality Engineering Engineer

Responsibilities:

• To develop inspection document for all new product.
• Ensure all documentation submitted to customer is complied with the customer expectation.
• Ensure all First Article submitted to customer is complied with the specification.
• Liase with quality team in term of measuring technique in order to fulfill the customer requirements.
• To ensure all product related document is complied and able to ensure production operate smoothly as per project plan.
• To ensure all customer inspection gage and document is being updated in the inspection document
• Work with process design Engineer in order to complete the Inspection document as per plan, and able to capture all critical inspeciton criteria.
• Ensures that supplier specification is meet the customer requirement on any new purchase item for new project. Liase with purchasing on this process to ensure this process is complied and executed.
• Ensures that there are clear communication paths within the project team and the organisation and supplier.
• Encourages the transfer of product knowledge and skills to the appropriate staff within the organization.
• Proactively develops a collaborative relationship with project team member from various functions
• To participate in the PO review process to ensure any customer changes is address and review accordingly.
• To participate in the project sign off in order to transfer all new project to production effectively.
• To follow the direction of the organization to achieve the common goals as a team.
• To comply with ISO 13485, QMS and engineering procedure in order to meet the requirements of process control.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English and Chineses
• Project management, GD&T, Basic Machining, Post machining. Minitab skill.
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask
