What’s Special About This Team This team is exploring how data can be used to solve complex quality and sustainability challenges across the business. The team is working to identify patterns, predict potential quality risks, and uncover opportunities to reduce waste and improve outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply technical skills to an emerging area where quality data, business strategy, and sustainability intersect. Interns will have the opportunity to help shape new approaches, work through ambiguous problems, and develop solutions that can create measurable business impact.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: The intern will develop solutions that help identify potential quality issues before they occur. Using manufacturing, operational, and quality datasets, the intern will explore patterns, build predictive models, and develop data-driven insights that support earlier intervention and decision-making.
The intern will also help quantify the business dollar savings and sustainability impact of these solutions by evaluating reductions in material and packaging waste, estimating environmental benefits, and identifying opportunities for recycling and recovery. This role combines data, machine learning, statistical modeling, and business storytelling to demonstrate how quality data can drive both operational excellence and sustainability outcomes.
