Quality Engineering Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,970 – $203,940 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Engineers in various testing activities
• Define and implement quality engineering strategies
• Drive adoption of test automation and CI/CD quality practices
• Establish quality metrics and reporting increases transparency
• Collaborate with multiple teams during the software development lifecycle
• Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management
• Identify and implement process improvements for quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Several years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Software Development
• Experience leading Quality Engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC and quality engineering methodologies
• Experience building and maintaining automated testing solutions
• Familiarity with API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
