What they need
- To monitor quality testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards compliance.
- Conduct routine sampling and testing of products based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other industry-specific standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
- Prepare and review quality documentation.
- Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes.
- Maintain accurate records for all quality checks, test results, and material certificates.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
