Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Responsibilities

• Managing quality of FnV as per the client's requirements
• Picking the right quantities as per the shared specifications
• Escalations management
• Work in close collaboration with sourcing, category & FC teams to ensure specs are updated, rejections are analyzed and overall return due to material quality is trending low in a planned way to improve business profitability

• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Inspection of FnV
• Experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Agri-tech is preferred
• Strong understanding of quality as well as operations
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Tamil is mandatory
