Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Accreditation & Compliance:
• Coordinate preparation for quality certifications and accreditations (NABH, NABL, JCI, or ISO).
• Conduct gap analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure hospital departments adhere to local healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and licensing.
• Internal Audits & Quality Assurance:
• Plan and execute regular internal audits, floor walks, and tracer studies across clinical and administrative units.
• Draft, update, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and quality documentation.
• Patient Safety & Incident Management:
• Monitor patient safety protocols, including infection control, medication safety, and emergency codes.
• Track and investigate medical errors, adverse events, patient falls, and near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Oversee patient satisfaction surveys and handle patient grievances/feedback
• Collect, analyze, and report on key quality indicators (such as average length of stay, infection rates, mortality rates, and readmissions).
• Prepare quality dashboards and reports for hospital leadership.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing training sessions for doctors, nurses, and support staff on quality standards, patient safety goals, and hospital policies

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
