Quality Executive

• Assist in implementing and maintaining NABH standards and hospital quality protocols.
• Prepare, maintain, and update quality-related documents, SOPs, policies, and records.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
• Conduct internal audits and departmental inspections as per the quality calendar.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, patient complaints, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with HODs and department teams for quality audits, observations, and compliance closure.
