What they need
Job Resposibilities:
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final product inspection.
- Ensure that product meet defined quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report defective products, deviation, and quality issues.
- Ensure that Non-Confirming products are identified and segregated.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce rejections, rework and customer complaints.
- Maintain inspection and report and quality related documentation.
- Maintain daily quality reports
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, stores, and other relevant documents.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance
- Knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Education Qualification:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Production or relevant technical trade.
Minimum 1-2 Years of work experience
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
