Job Summary

We are looking for a Trainee – Quality to support data analysis, process documentation, and quality monitoring activities. The role is data-oriented and process-driven, requiring strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, and validate quality-related data using MS Excel
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and dashboards
• Support process documentation, SOP creation, and updates
• Track process compliance, quality metrics, and performance indicators
• Assist in audits, reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and clarify data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Identify gaps and support process improvement actions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Willingness to learn quality frameworks and business processes

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Basic understanding of quality/process management
• Experience in reporting or data handling (internship/project experience acceptable)
• Familiarity with tools like dashboards, trackers, or MIS reporting
