QUALITY GATE INCOMING/OUTGOING

QUALITY GATE INSPECTOR (INCOMING/OUTGOING)

14.1 To report to the QA Executive on any quality issues related to incoming and outgoing goods.

14.2 To conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and other materials received from suppliers.

14.3 To perform outgoing inspection of finished goods before delivery to ensure they meet company quality requirements.

14.4 To check product quantity, appearance, specifications, and condition according to approved samples and inspection criteria.

14.5 To ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are inspected and recorded accurately.

14.6 To identify, report, and segregate non-conforming materials or products for further action.

14.7 To assist the QC Executive in handling and issuing Quarantine of Non-conforming Goods (QONG) when defects or quality issues are detected.

14.8 To coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, and related departments regarding quality issues and inspection findings.

14.9 To maintain proper inspection records and prepare daily reports as required.

14.10 To ensure proper handling and movement of incoming and outgoing goods, including lifting and carrying heavy items when required.

14.11 To follow instructions given by the superior and comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

14.12 To be willing to work overtime (OT) and in shifts according to operational requirements.

14.13 To have own transportation and be able to commute to work reliably.

14.14 To participate in activities and training related to quality, environment, safety, and health.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM / STPM / Diploma / SKM
• Able to lift and carry heavy items when required.
• Must have own transportation.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Willing to work overtime (OT) and shifts.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
