In this role, your mission is to [Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by ensuring product quality, optimizing process performance, and supporting sustainable operational excellence.]. Your day-to-day

• Assembly process monitoring and tracking.
• Participate in resolving process quality issues and continuously improve.
• Participate in handling of internal related customer complaints. Control plan and process control.
• Confirmation of quality issues with incoming parts on the assembly line and verification of sample parts.
• Follow the process control of project and carry out the process review for continuous improvement.
• Internal scrap handling and customer feedback NCR handling.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• QMS implementation follow up online

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering related.
• Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand assembly processes.
• To understand the root cause problem solving experience required.
• To learn quality techniques and process characterization concepts such as SPC, control plan and FMEA, etc.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented environment is required.
• Quality/reliability knowledge and direct experience in leading manufacturing failure analysis is required.
• Can communicate with customer and take the lead to handle customer claims.
• Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements). Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese are required.
