Qualifications

• For Pharma API division
• Candidate should have faced USFDA Audit and from Pharma API Industry

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans and procedures to ensure high standards of quality.
• Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and training on quality systems and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Head or similar role, with at least 10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including ISO standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with quality management software and tools, such as QMS and audit management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
