Quality Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement process improvements that drive cost reduction without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality metrics, track performance, and report on key indicators of success.
• Ensure effective communication of quality policies, procedures, and expectations across the organization.
• Implement process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma to achieve organizational goals.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and ISO 9001 certification.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in cost reduction strategies and their impact on quality.
• Knowledge of quality metrics and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform quality improvement decisions.
