Quality Head

We are seeking a dynamic QA Head / Management Representative (MR) to lead our Quality Assurance function.

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with MACE, VSA, IATF
• Act as the Management Representative (MR) for external audits, certifications, and customer visits.
• Monitor quality across raw materials, inprocess checks, and finished goods.
• Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality standards.
• Train and mentor the QA team to build a culture of quality and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in Sheet metal, CNC manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and audits effectively.
