The post holder will be responsible for the direct management of a complex and multi-stranded portfolio of quality improvement programmes
These programmes will support delivery of the highest quality health and care services in NHS Golden Jubilee through monitoring and using performance, quality and safety data to identify issues that need to be addressed and taking follow-up action to improve the quality of the care and services delivered
As Quality Improvement Lead Performance, Improvement, and Realistic Medicine, this role will lead on QI programmes within the Clinical Divisions and Value Based Health Care and Realistic Medicine workstreams
The role will provide the day-to-day QI leadership required to progress and drive the range of projects forwards
It will also support the Associate Medical Director to develop bids for for this role
