Quality Incharge

We are looking for a Quality Incharge with hands-on experience in Quality Control (QC) within the Kaolin/China Clay processing or manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting laboratory testing, monitoring quality parameters, and maintaining compliance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the quality of Kaolin/China Clay at various stages of processing and in the finished product.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Evaluate key quality parameters, including brightness/whiteness, moisture content, particle size distribution, and chemical composition.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and established standards.
• Supervise laboratory operations, testing procedures, and quality control activities.
• Maintain quality records, test reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
• Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production and other relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments and testing equipment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in Quality Control within the Kaolin/China Clay processing or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in mineral testing, laboratory analysis, and quality monitoring.
• Knowledge of physical and chemical quality parameters of Kaolin/China Clay.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and quality documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with direct experience in Kaolin/China Clay quality control, mineral processing, and laboratory operations will be preferred.
