Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for UHT processing and aseptic packaging.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and FSSAI requirements.
- Manage food safety systems, laboratory operations, product quality, and process validations.
- Drive CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, customer complaint resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
- Develop and mentor quality teams while ensuring achievement of quality KPIs.
