Quality Inspection Specialist

About the role

We are a leading cross-border logistics company dedicated to providing seamless global delivery solutions. This role focuses on customer complaint management, quality assurance, and voice of customer optimization to drive continuous business improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on customer complaints, drive reasonable solutions based on the complainant's core concerns, and ensure effective communication and coordination
• Regularly compile and summarize complaint data, generate analysis reports, and provide actionable insights for business optimization
• Conduct sampling and quality checks on overseas hotline calls
• Summarize QA results, identify common issues, and drive process improvements to ensure closed-loop resolution
• Continuously maintain and optimize the VOC (Voice of Customer) system
• Summarize recurring customer complaints and actively participate in refining and standardizing complaint handling procedures
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects within the team

About you

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer complaint handling
• Fluent English as a working language
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred
• Prior experience in overseas QA or customer complaint handling is a strong advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in data statistics and chart creation
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and a team player
• Highly service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent project execution skills and the ability to work well under pressure
