Hiring: Quality Checker – Plastic Moulding Manufacturing

Location: Silvassa
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Checker/QC Executive with hands-on experience in Plastic Moulding Manufacturing to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
• Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective action.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and records.
• Handle NCR, CAPA, and basic root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Go/No-Go Gauges.
• Monitor calibration of measuring instruments.
• Support continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Plastic Moulding/Plastic Manufacturing.
• Experience as Quality Checker, QC Executive, Quality Inspector, or similar role.
• Knowledge of Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, NCR, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Basic MS Office knowledge.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, or related field preferred.
