Quality Inspector

• We are hiring for Skilled Quality professionals with experience in Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Quality Lab Technician, Document Control Center Executive Who Have Experience In Printing & Packaging Industry Or any Related Manufacturing Industry.

IQC

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials like packing material, cardboard as per quality standards
• Perform quality testing and maintain IQC records

IPQC

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process inspection during printing, die cutting, folder-gluer, auto die cutting
• Use 7 QC tools and basic quality tools for problem solving
• Maintain IPQC logs and coordinate with production team
• Automotive background preferred
• Quality LAB Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience on CMM, OMM and other quality instruments
• Perform reliable testing and calibration procedures
• Handle instruments and generate test reports
• DCC - Document Control Center Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control all QMS documents and records
• Update documents in SAP, MES systems
• Prepare reports using MS Office, Excel, VLOOKUP
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Skill: s MS Office, Excel, SAP, MES knowledge preferred
• Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, QMS, 7 QC Tools
• Instruments: Venire Caliper, Micrometer And related Instruments Knowledge
