Quality Inspector

Monitor daily quality status of suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality process documents, tooling conditions, etc. / 监控供应商每日质量状况，确保遵守质量流程文件、工具条件等.

• Conduct pre-shipment audits on products based on AQL and product requirements. / 根据AQL和产品要求对产品进行发货前审核.

• Address daily quality issues and report to the supervisor. / 处理每日质量问题并向主管汇报.

• Follow up on customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions required by suppliers. / 跟进客户投诉以及供应商需要的纠正/预防措施.

• Assist suppliers in continuous improvement efforts. / 协助供应商进行持续改进工作.

• Perform data analysis, generate daily reports, and inspection reports. / 进行数据分析，生成每日报告和检验报告.

• Conduct root cause analysis, SCAR/8D tracking. / 进行根本原因分析，SCAR/8D跟踪.

• Adhere to company assignments and complete tasks delegated by superiors. / 遵守公司分配的任务，并完成上级委派的任务.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. / 工程学或相关领域的学士学位.

• 2+ years of experience in quality control or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. / 在制造环境中有2年以上的质量控制或类似角色经验.

• Proficiency in quality control processes, in-process audits, and inspection techniques. / 精通质量控制流程、过程中审核和检验技术.

• Ability to produce detailed reports based on inspection findings. / 能够根据检查结果生成详细报告.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the Quality Supervisor and team. / 具备与质量主管和团队有效的沟通能力.
