Quality Inspector

• Inspect plastic components as per drawing and inspection standards.
• Identify injection moulding defects and understand their possible causes.
• Check critical dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments.
• Verify first-piece / first-off samples after mould change or process setting.
• Monitor in-process quality and take immediate action on deviations.
• Segregate and control OK / NG / suspect material.
• Maintain inspection and rejection records.
• Coordinate with Production/Setter/Moulding team for defect correction.
• Perform basic 5 Why / Fishbone analysis for recurring defects.
• Ensure compliance with Control Plan, SOP, Inspection Standard and customer requirements.

Pay: ₹8,455.96 - ₹25,015.57 per month
