• Visual, dimensional, and functional testing as per approved sampling plans and inspection frequencies.
• Identification, segregation, and reporting of non-conforming products.

Line Clearance

• Line clearance before production start-up and product changeovers
• Document inspection and test results in real time.

Validation Support

• Collection of validation samples as per approved protocols.
• Inspections and testing of validation samples.
• Result analysis and creation of validation reports
