Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to provide temporary quality inspection support within an aerospace manufacturing environment. The consultant will support a broad range of inspection activities, including Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing quality background, experience working in an AS9100 aerospace environment, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and inspection criteria. Experience with CMM inspection, CNC machining, and aerospace regulatory requirements is highly desirable.

Requirements:

5+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing/aerospace

Experience with CMM, CNC, GD&T, and engineering drawings

Strong MRB / non-conformance experience

AS9100 experience required

14 CFR Part 145 / Part 21 is a plus

Experience with electrical/insulation testing is a plus
