Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process and finished components as per drawing and quality standards.
• Perform line inspection and ensure process quality at the production stage.
• Inspect components manufactured through Tool Room, Press Shop, Sheet Metal and Production processes.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.
• Identify and report quality defects, deviations and process issues.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, check sheets and quality records.
• Ensure products are manufactured as per customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams for corrective actions.
• Support in-process inspection, final inspection and rejection/rework control.
• Maintain proper identification and traceability of inspected components.
• Follow company quality procedures, safety requirements and work instructions.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Quality Inspection and Line Inspection.
• Knowledge of Tool Room, Press Shop, Sheet Metal and Production processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and gauges.
• Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and quality systems.
• Good observation and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for maintaining inspection records.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
