Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector reporting to a Quality Engineer supporting the Switch assembly line.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Read and interpret drawings, schedules, inspection plans, control charts and validates documentation

Assist production employees in performing standard assemblies

Advise employees on how to adjust and use precision instruments

Audit operations to ensure employees comply with BRP quality standards

Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes

Collaborate with other departments to solve problems effectively

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:
High School Diploma required.

1-3 yrs experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Previous BRP quality experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

“Self-starter” with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work in a team and with a diverse group of individuals.

Computer skills.

Positive attitude.

Analyze data and make recommendations to improve processes.
