Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure the quality of components, materials, and finished products in our manufacturing and assembly processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other inspection tools.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify defects and report quality issues to the concerned department.
• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with Production and Assembly teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Quality Inspection / Quality Control preferred.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.
• Experience in manufacturing, machinery, automotive components, or engineering industries is preferred.
• Good observation, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Work Location

Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
