Quality Inspector / Trainee- Quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions and tolerances.
• Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and report them for corrective action.
• Maintain quality inspection records and generate reports.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, customer requirements, and company quality policies.
• Assist in implementing and improving quality control procedures.
• Conduct final inspections before dispatch to ensure product reliability and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in quality inspection in the mechanical/manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
