Quality Laboratory Engineer

Overview Of The Position The Quality Laboratory Engineer is focuses on ensuring the highest quality standards for interconnect solutions and supports sectors such as Information Technology, Data Centers, Automotive Electronics, and Industrial Automation. The core responsibilities include calibrating laboratory equipment, conducting material and Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), and producing precise technical reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain stable processes for multinational cross-border teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Conduct material testing, including ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing), and analyze test results.
• Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure laboratory records are accurate and up to date.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or quality assurance environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports accurately.
• English-speaking oriented; trilingual ability (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
